If there is no nerve left after all this cleaning then nothing should be hurting ... if there is nerve left to hurt after all this cleaning then the cleaning isn't actually cleaning ... there must be more ... what is the working length? ... you could ask "What is the true working length?"
How many root canals does the diagnostic radiograph show?
Is this NHS or PP?
Do you have any endo-specialists nearby (NHS or PP? ... Round here PP typically charge £600 for molar endodontics ... I assume it is a back tooth, to have been so much trouble .. I get 3 Units of Dental Activity for mine... worth £55 on my contract) ... catch a train?

| Dear all, The train is looking like a viable option... Yesterday was our AGM - a form of torture inflicted upon faithful church members annually in the form of three hours seated in a chilly church hall... I always find them difficult because it is so hard for me to know what to make of them - being neither "fish nor fowl" (expected by the congregation to be a part of the staff team, but in actual fact not). In truth, what I do gets talked about more than most, but that just seems to highlight the fact that I "belong" elsewhere somehow. Deanery Synod beckons for another three years, I'm glad to say, because at least there, I feel I know what I'm about. Sadly (although I did know this prior to the meeting) Simon the Curate is leaving to go to London in the summer. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say officially where abouts - but I think the new post will really suit his skills from what I know. I'll miss him and his wife Margit greatly. Margit, Betty (who was my closest friend before she retired home to the Falkland Islands eighteen months ago) and I celebrated our 150th birthday in 2006 with a party we threw for the whole church! (I made up 45/150ths of it). I'm bumbling through a bit. I'm seeing the Rector next week and have sort of half made up my mind to talk to him about the nagging ordination question - but I daresay I'll chicken out (again). I don't feel secure with him, you see. I have to preach the annual "giving" sermon on Sunday - You know what I say, I never preach without being challenged myself - so I've got to sort out my own giving this week....along with all of the financial bits and pieces I've put off for months! I daresay it'll feel good when I've done it Unfortunately, I'm losing one job at the end of next month - but God will provide (He's always done that), so I'm not worried and it won't make any difference to any decisions I'm making. Next week, I have Nehemiah and prayer.... God bless, With love as ever, Lesley xx
Just for today, dear Lord, let me realise that there is nothing that we cannot handle together - and may I pray the same prayer tomorrow.....

| Dear Lesley, What a lot you are coping with. I will pray especially for the "nagging ordination question". Lots of love xxx

| Dear all, I've just finished sorting out the financial "stuff" and I feel really tremendous It's been great to really look hard at my giving and find ways of being able to increase it in spite of Gordon Brown's 10p tax trick, (which has hit me). As I said, I never write a sermon that doesn't affect me personally, and now I'm going to be able to preach this one with at least some integrity! To be fair, I should have done this exercise last year (I do it annually as a rule) - but I think we all know how things were waiting for the surgery and not knowing how successful it was going to be...so I suppose I had other things on my mind. I went to see the Dermatologist on Thursday (I have had severe eczema all of my life) and he suggested coming into hospital for a "couple of weeks" - how fast do you think I ran?? I've only just got back to work! I'm hoping to have another crack at a low dose chemotherapy to get rid of it - which is the only thing that has ever worked in the past. Creams just don't any more, and they are so messy and time consuming. It's fine if you don't have anything else at all to do.... I always think it stops me from being vain God bless, With love as ever, Lesley xx (and Desmond)
Just for today, dear Lord, let me realise that there is nothing that we cannot handle together - and may I pray the same prayer tomorrow.....

Theodore to Desmond
Get them to take you to Iceland and get on a bus ("They"'ll pay) to The Blue Lagoon ... does wonders for my fur...er...skin...BUT don't forget to cover your fur in Conditioner else yu'll come out like a Brillo pad ... they say it not only "cures" excema but even treats psoriasis ... you can get the cream on-line but DHL deliver and HMRC send a bill for tax so that pushes the price up ... still cheaper than going there but not so much fun. (swimming in a giant bath-tub full of "minerals" and bacteriocidal blue-green algae .... bliss 'cept they make you get out after 2 hours ... with toes like little white prunes ... swimming in hot water while it is snowing is just so coooooooooooool
Google Blue Lagoon and see what comes up.
Cured my varicose itches (driving me nuts 7 years ago ... none since) and cream brought back cured Cat(h)'s excema

| Now Lesley, Why would he laugh, ....unless you were telling him Desmond wanted ordaining too. I think Desmond has a little more studying to do yet. However, I bet he's almost a good a listener as you! I would say you were a perfect candidate for ordination, your intelligent, caring, organised, and deliver good sermons. What more does a congreagtion want? Love Mini
