Welcome to the new surefish forum. This forum is remarkably similar to the old forum, but with new style buttons, better individual user options and better security for you and us.

All of the elements of the old forum are here, but in different places, so my first piece of advice is to look at all places on the new format pages because something that you're used to with the old forum is still here, just in a different place.

And feel free to explore all of the old and new parts of the forum, as other forum users have been doing during the second testing period, and our thanks to all those who have implemented and tested this new forum.

A revised user guide will be published in the next few days.

Happy posting,

It's good to be here.

But not my spelling!

Try using the Spell Check button to highlight any errors, although it does seem to have some oddities. It appears to put the correct spelling immediately after the misspelled word instead of replacing it, at least in the web browser I'm using at the moment (Firefox). When I was using the Opera browser I couldn't get the Spell Check button to work at all.

Ah, well. One of the good things about the Firefox browser is that it comes with its own built-in spell checker.
