Yesterdays credit crunch shop:

Co-ops own fish fingers, half price ice cream syrup, two loaves of fresh bread (now cheaper than imported bread), etc.

I ought some coc-nuts too, as they are fair traid and contain high energy and, I guess, lots of important other things I need to stay healthy.

I am working on the Moors above Holmfirth (although it is frozen today and so we can't work) - yes that where last of the Summer Wine is filmed.

Bubble & Squeek!  Just fry up the left overs from yesterdays organic free trade healthy eating nut salad, and undo all the good work.

Everything that's cheap.  But watch out for those things that have reductions but the prices were too high that they were reduced from and they are still over-priced!
