| Several of the organisations Christian Aid supports in Zimbabwe are taking an increasingly important role in speaking out about the deteriorating situation in the country and the impact that government policies are having on the poor. With the presidential elections taking place early next year, our partners do not want to do this alone. They have asked Christian Aid to find a way to give them a voice so that they can connect with churches in the UK and Ireland through prayer and reflection. Christian Aid will be putting together a quarterly e-mail highlighting the work, thoughts and prayer requests of our partners. If you would like to receive these e-mails email cmoyse@christian-aid.org and feel free to pass this request on to other people who might be interested. Please be aware that this is not, and will never become, a fundraising request. This discussion area on Surefish.co.uk is for you to offer your thoughts, concerns suggestions and prayers, to our partners in Zimbabwe, bearing in mind the difficult situation they face every day.
